The Australian Curriculum
The Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) is an independent statutory authority with a vision to inspire improvement in the learning of all young Australians through world-class curriculum, assessment and reporting
Scope and Sequence documents are great teaching resources for parents, and are free to download.
Each learning area containing a Scope and Sequence file which includes outcomes and a content summary for every stage.
These files are helpful when planning the year ahead and for gap analysis.

SEL develops understanding and skills to nurture a positive sense of self, promote respectful relationships and build capacity to manage emotions, behaviours and interactions with others. SEL skills include recognising and managing emotions, developing caring and concern for others, establishing positive relationships, making responsible decisions and handling challenging situations. SEL promotes working collaboratively, showing respect for others and managing emotions and behaviour.
