* Terms and conditions of the My School Records App Giveaway*
1. The My School Records Giveaway offer is for one 12-month subscription to the My School Records App (Next Level Support Package).
2. The free subscription will be valid from January 5th 2026 through to December 31st 2026, after which time normal monthly subscription charges will apply.
3. The winner will be drawn at random at 9am on Monday 5thJanuary 2026, and will be notified by email.
4. To be eligible for the prize, subscribers must be over 18 years of age. and must have an active, ongoing subscription to any My School Records App package from 31st October 2025 (or before) until 31st December 2025.
5. The prize is valued at AU$25 per month x 12 months (Total prize value is AU$300). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be claimed as cash.
6. My School Records, its Directors and Associates, cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise from participation in the giveaway.
7. Subscribers data will be collected, stored, and used as per the My School Records Privacy Policy.
8. The Giveaway offer complies with all relevant local laws and regulations.
